Returns Policy

Time Frame:

You have 14 days to return the items once the package has been delivered to your address.

Condition:

Items must be unwashed and unworn in its original packaging with tags still attached, in perfect condition (how they were delivered to you). Anything else will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.

Reimbursement:

If the items are in the condition stated above, you will be issued a full refund once we have fully inspected the returned items. The refund will be sent to the payment method you used to purchase said items.

Returns Process:

If you wish to send back any items, send us an email at info@tygreclo.com and we will process the return for you.

All you have to do is pay for the postage to return the items in the condition mentioned above via post and we will inspect the items returned.

If they are in perfect condition, your refund will be processed ASAP and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Damaged or faulty items

If any items are sent to you in a damaged or faulty condition (you will need proof), we will personally pay for your return postage and send you the items in perfect condition free of charge.
